Managing Pages

You create and publish interactive illustrations and instructions on one or more pages in Envision documents.

In the Canvas Envision Creator, you can manage the pages of an Envision document with:

• The Layout ribbon tab

  

• The Page Navigator pane

  

• The page context-sensitive menu

  

Some page management features are available at multiple places.

You can manage the pages of an Envision document as follows:

• Navigate pages

• Select pages

• Add a new page

• Duplicate pages

• Cut/copy and paste pages

• Insert blank new pages or copies of an existing page

• Delete pages

• Rename a page

• Move pages

• Change the page size

• Change the page orientation

• Manage the page margins

• Change the page unit of measure

• Set the page background color

• Hide and show pages
