Top Bar

The top bar of the Canvas Envision Creator is always visible and includes the following:

1. The Canvas Envision logo with a link to the folder on the Canvas Envision Portal that keeps the current document.

2. The Undo button to cancel the last action over the document.

3. The Redo button to revert the last canceled action over the document.

4. The document name button that displays the document file name and leads to the following pop-up dialogs:

   • Rename to rename the file and specify the default save location.

     

   • Version History to explore the document versions and their history.

     

5. The document save status indicator that displays:

   • Whether the document changes are saved.

   • Portal connection errors if any.

6. The User menu button to go to your account page on the Portal.

7. The Sign out button to sign out of the document and Portal on the current browser tab.
